On the way visit Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage which is orphanage, nursery and captive breeding ground for wild Asian elephants .It is founded in 1975 in order to afford care and protectionto the orphaned elephants wandering in the forest. Then proceed to Kandy. Check into the hotel and relax for a while. Later proceed for city Tour of Kandy. Today proceed for a day excursion to Nuwara Eliya known asknown as 'Little' England. Viist Gregory Lake - built during the year 1874 by a British governor Gregory , Nuwara Eliya Golf Club , The sacred Seetha Amman Temple and scenic botanical gardens in Hakgala. Today after breakfast proceed to Bentota- known for its broad golden beaches. En route visit the Royal Botanical Gardens of Peradeniya- renowned for its collection of a variety of orchids. It includes more than 4000 species of plants, including of orchids, spices, medicinal plants and palm trees. Reach Bentota and check into the hotel. Rest of the day is free for you to relax. After breakfast enjoy the day at relaxing on the beach. Or go for an excursion or indulge in water sports at your own. The colonial buildings influenced by the Portuguese, Dutch and British exist alongside structures built in Buddhist, Hindu, Islamic, Indian and contemporary architectural styles. Visit National museum- built by British in 1877, Galle Face Green- Seaside area, Kelaniya Raja Maha Vihara - place is believed to have been visited by Buddha himself, Gangaramaya Temple, and Dehiwala Zoo.
